Has anyone heard of the website Badass of the Week?

its a super good website with humor and lots of historical information.

I didn't say I didn't like it. ;)

Anyhoow, what about a more contemporaneity figure? Clint Eastwood. Pressing the fire button would cause you to slowly raise your finger up into a gun position and say "bang", resulting in the approximate muzzle energy/ballistics of the classic colt 6 shooter.

Please, Eastwood is first and foremost an actor. He was in the army during the Korean conflict, serving as a life guard at an army base in the states.

On the other hand, David Niven was basically a real life James Bond (he served in the Naval Intelligence with Ian Flemming during the Second World War). He started off commissioned in the regular army, but later joined the Commandos and was involved with Naval Intelligence.
